Cookies, the full inventory.
Every cookie this site sets, what it is for, how long it lives, and how to decline it. No dark patterns. No third-party advertising trackers. No data sold.
How cookies work here
A cookie is a small piece of text a website asks your browser to store. We set first-party cookies (cookies on the clemonswright.com domain only). We do not set or knowingly permit any third-party advertising trackers, fingerprinting scripts, or cross-site identifiers.
The full inventory
| Name | Purpose | Category | Lifetime | Required? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
cw_cookie_choice |
Records whether you accepted or declined optional analytics so we do not bother you again. | Strictly necessary | 1 year | Yes |
cw_session_id |
Maintains session integrity across navigation and form submission. | Strictly necessary | Session (until you close the browser) | Yes |
cw_operating_analytics |
First-party operating-analytics token used to understand which pages are read and whether the site is functioning correctly. Set only if you Accept All. | Analytics (optional) | 30 days | No — decline at the banner |
How to decline
On your first visit you see a banner at the bottom of the screen with two buttons:
- Accept all — sets the analytics cookie in addition to the strictly necessary cookies.
- Decline analytics — sets only the strictly necessary cookies. Site works identically; you just are not counted in our operating analytics.
Your choice is recorded in cw_cookie_choice and respected for one year. To change it later, delete that cookie in your browser's privacy settings and reload the page; the banner will return.
Third-party content we load
The site loads typography from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) and CSS from jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net) to ship the Bootstrap layout primitives. These services log basic HTTP request data (IP, user agent, referrer) as part of serving the asset, per their own privacy policies. They do not set tracking cookies on the clemonswright.com domain.
Your rights
Under GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, and most modern privacy laws, you have the right to know what cookies are set, to withdraw consent at any time, and to be informed before new sub-processors are introduced. This page is the firm's accountability surface for those rights.
