Terms for the Clemons Wright platform
Clemons Wright is a management-consulting and risk-advisory firm founded by Dustin L. Clemons. These terms govern your use of the public site, the contact form, the engagement booking flows, the AEGIS document-risk-scoring engine, and any deliverable produced through a Clemons Wright engagement.
1. Not a law firm
Clemons Wright is not a law firm. Dustin L. Clemons is not a licensed attorney. Nothing produced by Clemons Wright is legal advice, and nothing creates an attorney-client relationship. See /legal/disclaimers/ for the full disclaimers, including the legal basis for the founder-led booking tiers.
2. Engagement scope
By using the booking flows, paying for a session, or uploading a document for risk scoring, you agree to the seven-checkbox acknowledgment presented at booking and to the recording, retention, and non- privilege disclosures that accompany every session.
3. Recording and retention
Live sessions are recorded and retained for up to seven years in encrypted long-term storage. Source documents uploaded for AEGIS scoring are auto-deleted within 24 hours of report delivery. Booking and acknowledgment records are retained for the duration required for audit and legal-defense purposes.
4. Refunds and cancellations
- Customer cancels ≥48h before slot: full refund.
- Customer cancels 24–48h before slot: 50% refund.
- Customer cancels <24h before slot: no refund — slot is held.
- No-show: no refund; one free rebook within 7 days.
- Founder cancels: full refund or free rebook at customer's choice.
- Document Risk Score: refund at sole operator discretion within 7 days of delivery.
5. Acceptable use
You will not use the platform to submit fraudulent documents, harass others, violate court orders, or attempt to extract privileged information you do not have the right to share. Clemons Wright may decline, suspend, or terminate any engagement at sole discretion where misuse, conflict of interest, or unsuitability emerges.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Clemons Wright's total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for that engagement. We do not warrant any specific outcome.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County.
